This is a FANTASTIC place to stay
The views cannot be beat, the property and the houses are perfect and the owners are caretakers are phenomenal. You can tell they care about delivering a wonderful experience and have thought of every little thing. It has every amenity while still feeling authentically Montana. They’re building some glamping tents on the property that look to be top-notch so we’ll definitely be back to try those out. The barn has been rebuilt and we would love to try that out next time. Its nicer than my own house. The whole property is only about 10min to all the bars and restaurants downtown, while still feeling private, out in the wild and within an hour of any hiking, fishing, etc you want to do. We will definitely be back.

Sweet Honeymoon Cabin!
We stayed in the cabin at Heritage Ranch for our honeymoon the first week of April. What a sweet place! Bill and Dianna were wonderful and incredibly responsive to anything we needed. They even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us to kick off our honeymoon! The property is stunningly beautiful — surrounded by snow-capped mountains on all sides. This place is perfect for a couple. It’s small, but cozy and totally functional. My husband loved using the wood stove for heat (although there is a regular heater, too!) The cabin is within 10-15 minutes of a ton of local stuff, and served as a wonderful home base for us for the week. We made day trips to Big Sky and Yellowstone, and the cabin was central to lots of easy day trips. We are already hoping to go back. We may even grab a couple more couples and/or extended family and rent the lodge, which is just as beautiful. 🙂

From the moment we stepped onto your amazing property, we were in love! A thousand wonderful nooks and crannies in your home to make us feel special. The decorations are perfect! The outdoor space is so welcoming! We wish we were staying longer! Thank you so much Dianna & Bill!

This cabin was perfect
The views were unbeatable. We had a GREAT time during our visit to Bozeman! The cabin met all of our needs and literally had everything we could need (from an extension cord, lint roller, all grilling and kitchen items, extra blankets, pillows….everything!!). It really is such a great find! 10-12 minutes from the airport, super easy! and only 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman/stores/etc but felt like we were far removed from it all! Everything was described accurately and we cannot wait to return! Sharon was great and helped with some exploring suggestions for us. Great visit!!

Amazing place to stay!
The entire family wanted to bring our son back to MSU this fall for his senior year. We love Bozeman and saw this “barn” on vrbo. The pictures made it look amazing—but let me say—the pictures don’t do it justice. It was AMAZING. Truly felt Montana to us. Bill and Dianna could not have been better hosts. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. We had 4 kids with us ages 17-22—some are definitely “city” kids. They LOVED it. There is no way to put a price on the quality family time—bonfires, lots of card playing—NUMEROUS pics taken by the kids, ice cream for dinner and being greeted daily by Spud the yellow lab—made for a trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some true Montana peace and quiet

Upon arrival, we strongly recommend that guests have a rental car secured during their stay, for the freedom that it brings to enjoy the surrounding area. Our vetted and preferred rental car partner is Go Rentals. They offer brand new SUVs that are true four-wheel-drive. For your added safety, guests not familiar with driving in winter weather conditions are encouraged to request a vehicle equipped with snow tires. The Go Rentals Concierge Team will be happy to assist you with scheduling the rental car of your choice.
